Past performed projects

1- Housing of (75) IDPS families in Raniya. (North of Iraq)

2- Housing of (65) IDPS families in Bakrajo. (North of Iraq)

3- Road work & asphalt pavement of Hella-Karbala including all culverts and Intersections.

4- Rebuilding of Qushla central post office (in Baghdad).

5- Roads rehabilitation at the University of Baghdad.

6- Construction of 12 class room school in Chamchmal (North of Iraq.)

7- Construction of 20 houses in Abu-Greeb railway concrete girder factory.

8- Design of job-mixes & supply pavement asphalt to many Government and privet road projects.

9- Supply & casting of concrete from our company batching plant to several Government & privet projects.

10- Rehabilitation Testing, commissioning and putting into service the following Substations which have been destroyed during 1991 war.

10-1. AI-Qadissiya. 400/132 kV

10-2. Najaf North & Diwaniya North, 132/33/11 kV

10-3. AI-Hashimiya, 132/33/11 kV

10-4. Babel. 400/132 kV (Gas insulated System)

10-5. Jurf AI-Sakhar, 132/11 kV (11 kV switchgear, Gas Insulated System with Vacuum circuit breakers)

10-6. Repairing fault power transformer 33/11 kV (5 MVA).

11- Erection and testing of complete 132 kV switchyard (13 Bay) including power and auxiliary transformers by using equipments taken from other destroyed substations.

12- Erection and testing of control protection and measuring systems for 132kV Substation.

13-Repairing, testing and putting in operation the 33 kV and 6.6 kV switch Gears with all control, protection ad measuring systems.

Last 6 years performance

We are proud to participate in rehabilitation and rebuilding of our new Iraq after 9.April. 2003 and here below some of the projects that been executed as well as others under construction

Executed projects

1- Territory Centre for Iraqi Meteorological Organization / Ministry of Transportation / Baghdad Project cost 300,000.00 USD Area of the building: 1400 Sq. meter Period of Project Execution: 235 Calendar days. Completion Date of Project: Nov. 1st, 2005

2- Rehabilitation of four Buildings with an area of 600m2 at Ministry of interior affairs with two fences 76 meters long and 184 meters long with 3 meters height around the facilities and the prison with two main gates - Cost of the project 210,000.00 USD Period of project 3 months Completion Date of Project April, 2004

3- Constructing paved roads with asphalt (6 cm thickness) in Baghdad (Al-Sader City) - Project cost 480,000 USD Area of the project 96,000 Sq. meter Period of Project Execution 2 months Completion Date of Project Dec. 2004

4- Main Building for Iraqi Meteorological Organization / Ministry of Transportation / Baghdad Area of the building: 2700 Sq. meter. Period of Project Execution: 265 Calendar Days. Completion Date of Project: 15/01/2006 Budgets of the project: 578,000 $

5- Nassiryiah highway Patrol Station - Area of the Project: 7500 Sq. meter. Period of Project Execution: 180 Calendar Days. Percentage Performed to Date: 75% Performed. Completion Date of Project: 1/02/2007 Budgets of the project: 1,410,000 $ Subcontractor to SLS Main Clint GRS Contract no.: W917BK-005-OC-0048

6- Al-Muthana highway Patrol Station - Area of the Project: 7500 Sq. meter. Period of Project Execution: 180 Calendar Days. Percentage Performed to Date: 60% Performed. Projects Under Execution

1- Contract No.284 with Baghdad Governorate to supply and install complete Construction Material Testing Laboratories from (CONTROL) / UK and Italian company.
Period of Project Execution: 180 Calendar Days. Percentage Performed to Date: 80% Performed. Expected Completion Date of Project: 20/05/2009 Contracted amount of the project: 950,000 $

2- Contract No.432. with Baghdad Governorate to supply and install 30 No. of 250 KVA diesel Generator Sets and 8 Nos. of 500 KVA diesel Generator Sets from (Ascot) / an Italian company.
Period of Project Execution: 150 Calendar Days. Percentage Performed to Date: 80% Performed. Expected Completion Date of Project: 20/06/2009 Contracted amount of the project: 2,900,000 $
